UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the parties are at ad-idem that Forts be made for settlement by mediation.

We, therefore, refer the parties to the Mediation Centre of the District Court at Coimbatore. In case, the Mediation Centre

at Coimbatore is unable to proceed with the mediation for any reason, it shall transfer the mediation to the Mediation Centre at the Madras High Court, fixing the date for appearance of the parties before the Mediation Centre at Madras High Court.

The parties shall appear before the Mediation Centre at Coimbatore on 6th April, 2021.

Application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased sole respondent is allowed.

In the meantime, Vakalatnama may also be filed on behalf of the concerned Lrs.

List on receipt of mediation report.
