Issue notice subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs. 3.5 lakhs each in both the petitions in the Registry within two weeks from today. On depositing of the said amount, there shall be stay of operation of impugned judgment passed by the High 2 Court.

The amount, if so deposited, shall be invested in a fixed deposit in a nationalised bank initially for a period of six months and may be kept renewed from time to time until further orders.
