The matter above mentioned has been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner against the Final Judgment and Order dated 13.05.2014 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Sikkim in Writ Petition © No. 11 of 2003. There is delay of 8 days in filing the SLP.

It is submitted that the SLP © No.18565 of 2014 arising out of relied upon judgment by the High Court was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th July, 2014, when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and tag with C.A. Nos. 42894290 of 2013 and the same are pending for hearing. Copy of record of proceeding dated 11th July,, 2014 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 28th October, 2014 filed proof of service which shows that copies of the complete set of SLP Paper Books have been served on Mr. Arjun Garg, Advocate for Respondent No.1/Caveator.
