"Service of notice is complete on the respondent No. 1 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. The learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No. 2 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to him within the same period. List again on 13.5.2016."

It is submitted that there are 2 respondents in this matter. Service on respondent No. 1 is complete by AD but none has entered appearance on his behalf. Advocate for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service on respondent No. 2, hence fresh notice could not be issued.

Service is Incomplete on respondent No. 2.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
