It is further submitted that Mr. Shankar Divate, counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of Dasti service in respect of the aforesaid respondents so far.

It is submitted that notice were issued to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 through registered A.D. Post. As per tracking report, notices were delivered to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 at 'New Sector, Chandigarh' and Respondent No. 3 at 'Sector 36, Chandigarh'.
It is further submitted that Mr. Nikilesh Ramchandra, Advocate for Respondent No. 4 has filed counter affidavit.
Service of show cause notice is complete on all the four respondents.
