Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent Nos.13 within four weeks.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent No.4 to file the counter affidavit.

It is submitted that Mr. Shankar Divate, Advocate has on 23.09.2016 filed affidavit of dasti service along with proof in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 stating therein that Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 duly served.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C) No.21135/2015

It is submitted that pursuant to above order, Mr. Shankar Divate, counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service upon unserved respondents. Hence, fresh show cause notice could not be issued to the unserved Respondent Nos. 45, 710, 17, 19, 20, 23, 27, 31, 32, 35 to 38, 41, 43, 45, 48, 5052, 54, 5658, 6061, 63 and 64 so far.

It is submitted that pursuant to abovesaid order, counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps for service of unserved Respondent Nos. 13, 511 and 1323, 2632, 3441, 43, 45, 62 and 6469.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps for service in respect of Respondent Nos. 13.

Ramchandra, Advocate for Respondent No. 4 has filed counter affidavit.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 13.
