The matter above mentioned alongwith connected matters was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 10.03.2016, when inter alia the following Order was passed:

Mr. O.P. Bhadani, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Respondent No. 24. He has stated that he has already filed the vakalatnama. Office shall verify the position.

The office report indicates that although by order dated 27.1.2016 of this Court four weeks time as last chance was given to the Learned Counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order in respect of the unserved respondents, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is submitted that there are total sixty seven respondents. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 6, 11, 12, 15, 16, 18, 21, 22, 26, 28, 30, 34, 46, 47, 49, 53, 55, 59, 65, 66 and 67 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Respondent Nos. 13, 14, 24, 25, 29, 33, 34, 39, 40, 42, 44 and 62 are represented through Advocates.

It is further submitted that service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 35, 710, 17, 19, 20, 23, 24, 27, 31, 32, 3538, 41, 43, 45, 48, 5052, 54, 5658, 6061 and 6364 and Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service of show cause notice upon the above said respondents so far.

The office report on default is listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers).
