Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 shall within a period of four weeks provide the copy of the counter affidavit to the other side.

SLP(C) No. 21135/2015

Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 13,29,34,42,44,62 to file the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the respondent Nos, 14,25,33 and 39 to file the counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondent No.24 shall within a period of four weeks provide the copy of the counter affidavit to the other side.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 6, 11,12,15, 16,18,21, 22,26, 28,30, 40, 46, 47, 49, 53, 55, 59, 65, 66 and 67 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos. 3 to 5, 7 to 10, 17,19, 20,23, 37, 3132, 3538, 41, 43, 45, 48, 5052, 54, 5658, 6061, 6364 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondent No.9 shall within a period of four weeks provide the copy of the counter affidavit to the other side.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the respondent No. 19 to file the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 7 to file the counter affidavit.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the other respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

It is submitted that no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 to 18 so far.

It is further submitted that fresh steps had been taken by counsel for the petitioner and accordingly show cause notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has been issued on 26.12.2015 through Regd. A.D. Post. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

SLP (C) No. 19671/2015

It is submitted that Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has filed proof of service of counter affidavit upon counsel for Respondent Nos. 4& 5.

SLP (C) No.21135/2015

It is submitted that no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 13, 14, 25, 29, 33, 34, 39, 42, 44 & 62 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for Respondent No. 24 has not filed proof of service of counter affidavit on the otherside so far.

It is further submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 6, 11, 12, 1516, 18, 2122, 26, 28, 30, 40, 4647, 49, 53, 55, 59, 6567 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service of notice upon Respondent Nos. 3 to 5, 7 to 10, 17, 19, 20, 23, 27, 3132, 3538, 41, 43, 45, 48, 5052, 54, 5658, 6061, 6364 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete.

It is submitted that counsel for Respondent No.9 has not filed proof of service of counter affidavit on the otherside so far.

It is further submitted that no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 7 & 19 so far. NO one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 10 & 13 so far.

It is further submitted counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service of unserved Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 710, 17, 19, 20, 23, 27, 3132, 3538, 41, 43, 45, 48, 5052, 54, 5658, 6061, 6364 so far.

SLP (C) No.20999/2015

It is submitted that Mr. Kuldip Singh, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama\Memo of Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service upon unserved Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 4 & 5.

SLP (C) No. 347/2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.01.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Permission to file special leave petition is granted. Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No. 19667 of 2015."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 69 respondents through Regd. A.D. Post on 15.01.2016. Service awaited.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
