Court on 17.11.2016, when the following order was passed:

"Respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 2,4 and 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. As per tracking report notice issued to the respondent No.3 has been received back with postal remarks "Unclaimed due to incomplete address". Hence, learned counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the spare copy and latest address of the said respondent for issuance of NLPA. List again on 3.01.2017."

It is submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 20.12.2016 filed a letter mentioning the fresh address details of respondent No.3. Notice of Lodgement of Petition of appeal was issued to respondent No. 3 through Tribunal on 24.12.2016. Certificate of Service from the Tribunal is awaited in respect of respondent No. 3.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
