UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.
Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
As per tracking report notice issued to the respondent No.3 has been received back with postal remarks "Unclaimed due to incomplete address". Hence, learned counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the spare copy and latest address of the said respondent for issuance of NLPA.
List again on 3.01.2017.
