UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Issue fresh notice. Additional notice be forwarded through the Family Court, Jaipur, with reference to Case No. 155/2002 decided by the Family Court No. 2 (Sh. G.D. Charan) on 8th December, 2003 and 473/03 decided by the Family Court No.2 (Sh. O.P. Sharma) on 14 th July, 2005.

The Family Court is directed to serve the notice by taking help of the concerned Police Station also, in view of the original proceedings being filed before such Court by the unserved respondent.

The Family Court shall also send the notice through the Serving Officer at the given address and to take appropriate steps to confirm service, before next date. List the matter on 14th October, 2008.
