Earlier notice was issued by this Court. It was sought to be served upon the respondent. However, she has refused notice. On the facts and in the circumstances of the case, it would be appropriate if we grant partial ad interim relief. So far as respondent-wife is concerned, the petitioner was directed to pay an
amount of Rs.3,000-/ and Rs.1500/- to the daughter. As far as daughter is concerned, we are not inclined to grant any interim for the time being. And we are directing the petitioner to
