O R D E R
1. These appeals are directed against the judgment(s) and order(s) passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh in Writ Appeal No.348 of 2006, dated 22.11.2006, whereby and whereunder the High Court has directed that pay of the respondents be fixed in the scale applicable to the Principals of Higher Secondary Schools and the pensionary benefits be calculated accordingly and has dismissed the appeal of the appellants.
2. Aggrieved by the order so passed by the High Court, the appellants are before us in these appeals.
3. The appellants would contend that the High Court has failed to appreciate that from the very beginning the pay scales of Principal, Higher Secondary School and that of the Principal High School have shown as separate, i.e**., Rs.2375-4125 and Rs.2000-3500 respectively and the respondents are entitled to the pay of scale of Rs.2000-3500 of Principal, High School. They would further submit that the State Government modified or corrected the earlier order dated 30.07.1990, wherein a wrong pay scale of** Rs.2375-4125 has been mentioned as the pay scale of the Principal, High Secondary School.
4. We have heard learned counsel for the parties to the lis and have carefully perused the records of the case. We do not see any infirmity in the judgment(s) and order(s) passed by the High Court.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Appeals as well as the Special Leave Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
Ordered accordingly.
