SLP(Civil) No. 13813 of 2018:

As a last chance, learned counsel for the petitioner is granted three weeks' time to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent Nos. 1, 6, 10 and 23. In case the needful is not done within the stipulated time, the SLP qua the said Reason:

respondents shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Bench.

SLP(Civil) No. 13814 of 2018:

As a last chance, learned counsel for the petitioner is granted three weeks' time to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent Nos. 7,26 and 30.
