Mr. Mahfooz Ahsan Nazki, learned counsel submits that the respondent has been throughout working in foreign countries. He submits that complying the principle of "No Work No Pay", he is not entitled for payment of back wages.

We are inclined to issue notice on this limited issue returnable in four weeks. Dasti service in addition is permitted .
