The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th October, 2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"In view of letter circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking two weeks' adjournment for filing an appropriate application to bring legal heirs of deceased repondent no. 8 – Jivabhai Panchabhai Bharvad on record, the matter is adjourned by two weeks."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution to brought on record the LR's of deceased respondent Nos. 1 and 8 alongwith application for condonation of delay of 42 days and 915 days respectively in filing the substitution. In respect of Respondent no. 1, he has stated that his LR's are already on record as Respondent No. 3 to 7. The applications are being circulated before the hon'ble Court
