The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th May, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition as also on the application seeking condonation of delay. Till the next date of hearing, the operation of the Impugned Order shall remain stayed."

Accordingly notice was issued to the sole respondent through registered A.D. post on 3rd June, 2015 and 22nd September, 2015 by Ld. Registrar's Court dated 25th August, 2015 and lastly on 2nd February, 2016 on Ld. Registrar's Court Order dated 15th January, 2016 as well as through dasti on 1st June, 2016.

It is submitted that Dr. J.P. Dhanda, Advocate has on 18th February, 2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of sole respondent and he has on 14th July, 2016 filed Counter Affidavit on his behalf after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
