Mr. Muniji Kumar, Senior Manager, Yes Bank Ltd., 16, South Extension, Delhi has been authorised to verify the extended Bank Guarantee No.016GM03153200001 dated 13.10.2020 vide letter No.YESBANK/SOUTHEXCSD/29102020 dated 29.10.2020 by Mr.Siddharth Shukl, Branch Manager, Yes Bank Ltd. 16, South Extension, Delhi. Authorization letter has been produced. Self-attested copies of his Identity Card, Aadhar Card and PAN Card have been produced to establish his identity. Hence, the Bank Guarantee dated 13.10.2020 whereby Bank Guarantee No.016GM03153200001 for Rs.676,038,231.00 (Rupees six hundred seventy six million thirty eight thousand two hundred thirty one only) has been valid upto 13.10.2021 is accepted. The original Bank Guarantee be sent to the Accounts II Branch for keeping the same in safe custody. A copy of the same also be kept on record.

In case, such renewal is not done within the stipulated time, the matter shall be placed before the Hon'ble Court with an appropriate office report.
