Mr. Alok Shankar, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Mr. S.M. Jadhav, AOR for the Respondent No.1, Mr. Nishant Chaudhary Assistant Vice President,YES Bank and Mr. Neeraj Tiwari, Senior Manager, Yes Bank are present.

Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 has on 25th October, 2017 filed a letter for renewal of Bank Guarantee No.016GM03153200001 for Rs.67,60,38,231- (Rupees Sixty Seven Crores Sixty Lakhs Thirty Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty one only) dated 17.10.2017 seeking an extension upto 13.11.2019. same branch have appeared before this Court and have confirmed the issuance of the extended Bank Guarantee. Statements of both the officers have been recorded and placed in the file in this behalf. They have brought copies of their Identity Cards establishing their identities. They affirmed that they stand authorised to be present before this Court in order to verify the above-said extended Bank Guarantee. This extended Bank Guarantee No.016GM03153200001 for Rs.67,60,38,231/- (Rupees Sixty Seven Crores Sixty Lakhs Thirty Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty one only) dated 17.10.2017 has been executed on behalf of Respondent No.1 i.e GMR Energy Ltd. and is valid up to 13.11.2019.

In this background, the aforesiad extended Bank Guarantee is accepted and taken on record and directed to be kept in safe custody with the Accounts Department and copy be retained in its file.

They may be informed in terms of the present order.
