The matter above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on 15th

May,2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Though we do not see any reason to stay the impugned order in its entirety, we direct the appellant to pay the principal amount under the impugned order. However, the payment of interest component shall remain stayed. In so far as the principal amount is concerned, the respondent will provide appropriate immovable property security to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Security will be accepted after notice to the appellant. List all the appeals for hearing in the month of October,2015."

It is submitted that the Ms. Anitha Shenoy, advocate has not filed vakalatnama for common respondent no. 3 in both the appeals. Certificate of service is awaited from Tribunal for common respondent no. 2 in both the appeals. Also Neither A.D card nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of common respondent no. 2 in both the appeals. Letter dated 12.02.2015 is received from the Tribunal that respondent no. 7 in Appeal no. 8440 of 2014 has refused to accept the notice.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 07.07.2015 filed application for modification of order dated 15.05.2015 and the same is registered as I.A. No. 56 of 2015. (Copies are circulated herewith)

The applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
