UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Though we do not see any reason to stay the impugned

order in its entirety, we direct the appellant to pay the principal

amount under the impugned order. However, the payment of interest component shall remain stayed.

In so far as the principal amount is concerned, the respondent will provide appropriate immovable property security to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Security will be accepted after notice to the appellant.
