UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
$Tf$ $\mathbf{S}$ informed by learned counsel appearing $the$ for respondent, who appears on caveat, that despite the order impugned Court dated 15.09.2022 extending of the High the age of ature Not Verified saferannuation from 62 years to 65 years, the respondent was forcefully relieved from job at the end of the month on attaining age of 60 years.
We do not appreciate this practice of the State authorities. Let the Doctors covered by the impugned Judgment to continue until further orders being passed by this Court.
