UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$
We have heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners 1. in support of the praver for condonation of delay of 234 days in filing the Special Leave Petition. We do not find any satisfactory explanation for the same.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay.
Keeping in view the fact that both the sides 3. $are$ represented by their learned Senior Counsel, we deem it appropriate to direct LXXXIX Commercial Court/Addl.City Civil Judge, Bengaluru, before whom Com.O.S.No.296/2020 is pending, to make an endeavour to decide the Civil Suit as early as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 4. It goes without saying that the observations made by the High Court in the interim order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.
