"The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Amit Kumar Singh, appearing on behalf of Mr. Tushar Bakshi, Advocate-on-Record undertakes to file vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent No.4 within two weeks. Counter affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. In the meantime, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to furnish the complete set of the pleadings upon the Ld. Counsel for respondent No.4 within two weeks. The Ld. Counsel for respondent No.2 to file counter affidavit, if any, within four weeks. Service is complete on respondent Nos.1 and 3 but no one has put in appearance. List again on 24.2.2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Tushar Bakshi, advocate has not filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 4. Counsel for the appellant has on 22.01.15 filed prrof of service of complete set of pleadings to Mr. Tushar Bakshi. Counsel for respondent no. 2 has not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
