"Respondent No.2 has not filed the counter affidavit, despite the warning of last opportunity. Further opportunity stands declined. Respondent Nos.1 and 3 have already failed to appear, despite being duly served. Respondent No.4 is, however, yet to be served. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to provide the spare copies to get the notice issued within a week. Notice thereafter be issued. List again on 23.9.2015."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Appellant has on 27.07.2015 filed spare copy of petition. Notice was issued on 05.08.2015 to respondent no. 4 through registered A.D. Proof of Service is awaited.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
