Respondent No.1 has filed counter affidavit alongwith application to file counter affidavit, but after the opportunity to file the same was already declined. Hence, Registry to make a specific mention of this fact in the office report while placing the matter before the Hon'ble Court alongwith application.

Respondent No.2 has already filed counter affidavit.

As per office report, respondent No.14 has failed to file counter affidavit, despite the grant of last opportunity. However, Ld. Advocate, Mr. Sanket Khandelwal, appearing for respondent No.14 has submitted that respondent No.14 is merely a proforma respondent and no counter affidavit would be filed. Let the submission be taken on record.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.4 to 8 and 10 to 13 but none has entered appearance.

As per office report, Ld.Counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps and to file fresh particulars, despite the grant of last opportunity, for service on respondent Nos.3 and 9.
