There are four respondents in both Transfer Petitions..

It is submitted that certificate of service has been received in respect of all the respondent but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

There are four respondents in both Transfer Petitions..

It is submitted that M/s. Lemax Lawyer's & Co., Advocate have filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in both transfer Petitons but they have filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf after serving tis copy on the other side.
