The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 29th January, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 17571 of 2015. There is delay of 183 days in filing SLP and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing SLP)

There is delay of 252 days in filing SLP and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing SLP).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner filed an application for permission to file SLP and the same is registered as I.A. No.1 of 2016.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C)...CC No. 23629 of 2016 is tagged with SLP (C)...CC No. 23039 of 2016 as both are arising out of similar issue.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a letter dated 30th November, 2016 and the same is read as under:

"In the above mentioned matter, the registry pointed defect in SI.No17(ii) in respect of some exhibits mentioned in the Impugned Order i.e. 29.01.2015, 01.06.2015, 05.08.2015, 29.07.2010, 08.09.2011, 15.03.2011 & 31.12.2012. The counsel for the petitioner respectfully submits that the said Orders mentioned herein are not necessary for adjudication of the SLP. The said Orders/GO's /Memo's are not available with the petitioner as the petitioners is not parties in the said Impugned Order.

Therefore, you are requested to kind ignore the defects as pointed out and register the Special Leave

Petition at the earliest."
