Accordingly reminder was issued to concerned High Court on 28th January, 2017 in respect of unserved respondent nos. 6, 16, 17 and 30.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been received from High Court in respect of Respondent Nos. 16, 17 and 30 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that certificate of service has not been received from High Court in respect of Respondent No. 6 till date.

It is also submitted that Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate on behalf of Respondent No. 7 has been designated as Judge but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of apperance on behalf of Respondent No. 7.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent No. 6.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
