"Await service report of from the concerned Court in respect of respondent Nos. 6,16,17 and 30. List again on 1.12.2016"

Accordingly reminder was issued to concerned High Court on 5th October, 2016 in respect of unserved Respondent nos. 6, 16, 17 & 30.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been received from High Court in respect of Rspondent Nos. 16, 17 and 30 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Certificate of service has not been received from High Court in respect of Respondent No. 6 till date.

Service is not complete on Respondent no. 6.

The matter abovementioned are listed before Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
