The Writ Petitions above-mentioned alongwith connected matters except Criminal Miscelleneous Petition Nos. 11458 and 11459 were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to inter-alia pass the following order:-

It is submitted that pursuant to above Order, Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 114 of 2015 has been tagged with Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 115 of 2015.
It is further submitted that Ms. Arti Singh, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 15.07.2015 filed separate Additional documents alongwith Application for permission to file additional documents in both the Writ Petitions above-mentioned and the said applications have been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 11458 in W.P. (Crl.) No. 114 of 2015 and 11459 in W.P. (Crl.) No. 115 of 2015. The said documents and the applications are being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Ms. Arti Singh, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 15.07.2015 filed separate Proof of service after serving copy of both the Writ Petitions and applications for permission to file additional documents on Mr. Saurabh Mishra, Standing Counsel for the State of Madhya Pradesh.
The Writ Petitions alongwith Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
