It is submittd that Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Mr. Amalpushp Shroti and Mr. Mishra Saurabh , Advocates have filed Vakalatama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 7,11,23 and 41 to 44 respectively.

It is further submitted that Certificate of service has been received in respect of all the respondents except respondent nos. 6,12,16 and 17 but no one has filed Vakalatama and memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent nos. 6,12,16 and 17.

T.P. (C) NO. 328 of 2015

There are 6 espondents.

It is submittd that Mr. Mishra Saurabh , Advocate has filed Vakalatama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1.

It is further submitted that Certificate of service has been received in respect of all the remaining respondents but no one has filed Vakalatama and memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

There are 5 respondents.

It is submittd that Mr. Mishra Saurabh , Advocate has filed Vakalatama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 5 respectively.

It is further submitted that Certificate of service has been received in respect of respondent no. 2 but no one has filed Vakalatama and memo of appearance on his behalf so far.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent No. 4.

There are 7 respondents.

It is submittd that Mr. Mishra Saurabh and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocates have filed Vakalatama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 respectively.

It is further submitted that counsel for petitioners has not filed amended cause title hence notice to newly added respondent could not be issued.
