UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in terms of order dated 17.12.2021 was carried out through e-Upon examining the affidavit of dasti service as well as the mail. proof filed therewith, the service cannot be said to be in maximum with the law and hence, both respondents remain $\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}$ y signed by<br>any signed by<br> $\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}$ h<sub>2,17</sub> Reason Served.

Ld. counsel, Ms. Saumya Tandon appearing on behalf of Ms. Hetu Arora Sethi, Advocate-on-record submits that they have filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 1 on 12.02.2022 and prays for time to file counter affidavit. Office shall verify the filing of the vakalatnama. Time of four weeks' is granted to file counter affidavit.
