The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 30.05.2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in WritC No. 48641 of 2007.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 7322 of 2010, between same parties in the earlier round of litigation was remitted back to the High Court by this Hon'ble Court on 01.09.2010.(Copy of Order dated 01.09.2010 marked as Annexure P16 at page Nos. 99100).

It is further submitted that the SLP(C ) No. 27226 of 2014 arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.10.2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court. (Copy of Order dated 17.10.2014 is enclosed)

It is further submitted that Interlocutory Application No. 1 (Application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP) was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in chambers on 17.11.2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay in refiling the special leave petition is condoned.

Accordingly, I.A. No. 1/2014 is allowed."

Accordingly Special Leave Petition has been registered and listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
