UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Permission to file the Special Leave Petition is granted.
- 2 There is a delay of 372 days in filing and 148 days in re-filing the Special Leave Petition which have not been satisfactorily explained. Even otherwise, we have gone through the Special Leave Petition and do not find any merit in the same.
