The Writ Petition alongwith application above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List this matter in the next week along with the record of W.P.(C) No. 406/2014 and W.P.(C) No. 203 of 2014 and review petition if any filed in that connection."

It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order, paper books of W.P.(C) No. 406 of 2014 and W.P.(C) No. 203 of 2014 are placed with the paper book of W.P.(C) No. 85 of 2015.

It is further submitted that Mr. M.P.Shorawala, Advocate has on 16.07.2016 filed application for direction and application for amendment of prayers. The said applications have been registered as I.A.Nos. 2 and 3 respectively. (Copies of the same as a separate paper books are being circulated herewith)

The Writ Petition alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
