The Writ Petition alongwith applications above-mentioned was listed with connected matter before the Hon'ble Court on 18.07.2016 along with office report dated 16.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"W.P.(C) No. 85 of 2015:

Issue notice, returnable within four weeks. Mr. Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General, appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-U.O.I. Notices shall issue to the remaining respondents. Liberty is given to the petitioner to serve notices dasti or their standing counsel, if any. Notice shall also issue in I.As. No. 2 and 3. Objections, if any, be filed in the meantime. Any order or proceedings undertaken by the High Court shall remain subject to the outcome of these proceedings."

It is submitted that pursuant to afore-said order, notice was issued to respondent No. 1 through Mr. M.K. Maroria, Advocate and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 by speed post as well as dasti notice was handed over to counsel for the petitioners for dasti service on 22.07.2016. Counsel for the petitioners has on 01.08.2016 filed affidavit along with proof of service after serving notice on respondent Nos. 2 to 4. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate has on 09.11.2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 after taking 'no objection' from the erstwhile counsel viz. Mr. Sudhanshu S. Choudhari, Advocate but she has not filed objections to the I.A. Nos. 2 and 3 so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 so far.

Service of notice is complete.

The Writ petition alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
