Respondent nos. 7,9,13,17,18,28,37,38,43 and 45 are not served. However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that affidavit of dasti service has been filed. When asked the number of respondents served, he could not satisfy the Court as to how many respondents have been served with the notice. Office report shows that petitioner needs to take fresh steps alongwith fresh and complete address of respondent no.13 to effect service on respondent nos. 7,9,13,17,18,28,37,38,43 and 45. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to do so within two weeks time.
