2. Application seeking deletion of proforma Respondent Nos.7 to 10 is allowed.

Cause Title be amended accordingly.

6. Liberty is also granted to serve the Standing counsel for the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.

7. Meanwhile, statusquo re. termination of the services of the petitioners and all other similarly placed employees, shall be maintained.
