UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Issue notice.

Mr. Amit K. Nain, learned counsel appearing for the complainant-caveator accepts notice.

The complainant shall be impleaded as respondent and amended memo of parties shall be filed by the petitioner.

Notice shall be served upon respondent No.1-State

through its Standing Counsel.

Since the petitioner and the complainant (impleaded as respondent No.2) are brother and sister, learned counsel for the parties agree that an attempt be made to see whether amicable settlement can be arrived at between the parties, i.e., the two brothers and the sister.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has assured that the petitioner will cooperate in the mediation proceedings.

The parties shall, accordingly, appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 08.09.2017 at 11 a.m.

The matter shall be listed in this Court on 04th October, 2017.

Till the next date of hearing, the petitioner shall not be arrested.
