Ms. Vibha Datta Makhija, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, states that this petition may be dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open for the petitioner to avail such other remedy as may be available under law before the Court concerned for recall of the impugned order.

The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed and in case an application is filed for recall of the impugned order within two weeks from today, the High Court would make an endevour to dispose of the same expeditiously.
