Learned counsel for the petitioners states that none of the respondents knows Hindi and thus instead of giving details of Hindi newspaper in the application for substituted service on respondent no.1, in both the matters, he will give the name of newspaper in vernacular language (Bengali). Needful be done within four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted last opportunity of four weeks to take necessary steps qua respondent no.1 in both the matters.
