UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Mr. Alok Sangwan, learned AAG for State of Haryana invited our attention to the order dated 12.09.2017 passed by this Court in Civil Appeal No.12981 of 2017. In his submission, the present matter is completely covered by said decision of this Court inasmuch as the lands involved therein are adjoining to the lands in question and the notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was also approximate in time. Counsel for the State to provide, to the other side, a copy of the paperbook concerning Civil Appeal No.12981 of 2017 as well as a copy of the Map indicating the location of different parcels of land.
Mr. Dhruv Mehta, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners prays for and is granted time to consider the matter.
SLP (Civil) Diary No.42687 of 2018 preferred by the State against the judgment under appeal shall also be listed alongwith these matters.
