The respondent No.2 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.7, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Service is deemed complete in respect of the respondent Nos.4,5 & 8 as they are party in the connected matters and represented through Advocate.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 12.07.2016 of this Court in respect of the respondent Nos.3,6 & 9.
