The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 5th November, 2015, when the following order was passed:

"The respondent No. 1 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent Nos. 6, 8 & 9 to file the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 7, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. The respondent Nos. 4 & 5 have stated that they do not wish to file the counter affidavit. List the matter again on 22.01.2016."

It is submitted that M/s. TVS Raghvendra Sreyas, Rajesh Kumar and Ms. Rohini Musa, Advocates have not filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 6 and 8 & 9 so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of served respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 7. Service of notice in the matter is complete.

It is further submitted that Mr. D.L. Chidananda, Advocate has on 18.1.2015 filed application for direction which is lying defective and he has expressed his willingness to withdraw said defective application but till date he has neither cured the defects nor filed request for withdrawal of defective application for directions.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
