The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 27th July, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order: -

"Notice, returnable in three weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the nine respondents in the matters on 4/8/2015 through registered A.D. post as well as dasti. M/s. Rakesh K. Sharma and Rajesh Kumar, Advocates has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. D.L. Chidananda, Advocate for Appellant has on 20.8.2015 filed affidavit of dasti service along-with proof of service after effecting service on all the nine respondents but no one have entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 to 3 and 7 to 9 so far.. Service of notice in the matter is complete.
