When the learned counsel's attention was drawn to the order dated 13.01.2023 of the learned Chamber Judge about the direction to effect service on Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 through paper publication, learned counsel submits that Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 have been served through Respondent No. 2, who he claims, is the Power of Attorney Holder of Respondent Nos. 4 to 6. Since there is an order of Court directing paper publication, at this stage, the said order cannot be modified. Learned counsel states that he will file an appropriate application in this regard.
Four weeks' time is granted for the said purpose.
List after four weeks.
So far as service on Respondent No. 8.1 is concerned, learned counsel submits that the said respondent has been served through Dasti mode and affidavit of Dasti service has already been filed.
