It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to all the 28 respondents on 05.09.2016 by registered AD post. As per track report "item received" at New Delhi, GPO of respondent Nos. 1-9, 12, 14-16 and 18, "item delivered" at Makrana RS of respondent Nos. 10-11,, "item delivered at NawaCity LSG of respondent Nos. 13, 17, 19-21, 23-26 & 28 and "item received" at Barawar of responent No. 22.

It is further submitted that track report of respondent No. 27 (i.e. CD 258171667IN ) is not found in the website of India Post.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 1-9, 12, 14-16,18 & 27.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
