UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

As per tracking report notice issued to the respondent Nos. 1 to 9, 12, 14 to 16 and 18 have been received back without any remarks. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 22 and 27.

Mr. Ankit Acharya, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos. 10,11, 13, 17 and 19 to 21. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file Signat<mark>ure Not</mark> Verifi $\mathcal{L}_{\mathbb{R}}$ counter affidavit.
