Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.1-11, 13, 15-17, 19-26 & 28 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. However, Mr.Nishant Bishnoi, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the respondent Nos.1-9, 15 and 23-28. He seeks and is given four week's time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit.

As per tracking report, notices sent to the respondent Nos.12,14, 18 & 27 have been received back undelivered. Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the said respondents within a period of four weeks and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.
